Not only do we invoke the CAST Verse in our daily lives, but we as DM’s are to teach this concept to the PRM. 1 Peter 5:7 sums up how the Christian believer deals with heaviness. It is not some kind of cheap, self-help gimmick. And you are right that we are to give everything to Jesus–the good and the bad. Everything we have, everything we are, everything we are dealing with, we give to Him. Thank You, Jesus!
