Reply To: Repentance Verses
Matthew 3:1-2 In Those days came John the Baptist,preaching in the wilderness of Judaea.
And saying Repent ye:for the kingdom of God is at hand. I like this verse because John saw the sin that was going on and he was trying to get the people to see that you need to repent of your sins for God is soon to return and that.This reminds me of this world today that people dont seem to care that we should be busy building Gods kingdom and not living in sin and how important it is to repent and turn away from our sinful nature.
