Steven Ching Example of King David  Lust-Watched Bathsheba bathing. Coveting- Abused his authority by bringing her to palace.  Adultery with married woman.  Lies and abuses authority by bringing husband Uriah home from war in hopes he will sleep with Bathsheba and her pregnancy can be attributed to him.  Murder- Uriah refuses to go home to his wife out of honor for his men still on the battlefield. David arranges to have Uriah put in a battlefield position of certain death where Uriah is killed. Lying- David marries Bathsheba and leads people to believe her conception occurred after their marriage.
