Reply To: Repentance Is the Foundation
Repentance was something that my Pastor Andrzej introduced to me and our Church. And I am personally very blessed with the knowledge and practice of this topic. We know that repentance is a command. God “commands all people everywhere to repent” (Acts 17:30). But repentance is a wonderful gift from the Lord. In Acts 11:18, we read that to the Gentiles also God has granted repentance that leads to life. And in 2 Timothy 2:25, that God may perhaps grant the repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth. Knowing that repentance is both a command and a gift from God, we should use it in our every day life. I like the statement I have read recently: REPENTANCE: A KEY THAT OPENS THE DOOR TO DELIVERANCE.
